Internet unreachable windows VPS

f the internet is unreachable on your Windows VPS it is most likely due to an issue with the DNS server.

You can change DNS servers by following these instructions:

1) Go to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections

2) Right click on Local Area Connection -> Properties
3) Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) -> Properties
4) Change Obtain DNS server address automatically To -> Use The Following DNS server addresses.

Perferred DNS server:  8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server:  8.8.4.4 

If the issue still persists please open a ticket with Support department.
